ZING PATIO FURNITURE DELIVERY STARTS WITH QUALITY CARE
Zing Patio prides itself on our same day or next day delivery service on all in stock items. If the item you purchased was a special order Zing Patio's delivery specialists are experts in delivery and setup. Zing Patio will coordinate your delivery whether it is across town or across America. Furniture is shipped from our factories and once it arrives at our distribution center, all furniture is subject to a rigorous inspection process. We unpack every carton before delivery to our customers. Once out of the box, all furniture undergoes a detailed inspection by trained furniture professionals to ensure your new furniture is in factory acceptable condition. All pieces are securely blanket- wrapped for safe transport to your home.

AFTER THE SALE
You will receive a copy of your sales ticket at the time of your order. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy. Your customer service representative will update you with any factory acknowledgements he or she receives regarding delivery dates.

SET UP A DATE
When your furniture is received at our warehouse, our shipping department will telephone you to schedule a delivery date and timeframe. You may want to consider a partial delivery if your entire order is not available.

DELIVERY DAY
Please be prepared on delivery day; existing furniture and accessories should be cleared from the delivery area prior to delivery so that the crew may complete the delivery with as little disruption to you, your family and your household as possible.

PAYING FOR YOUR FURNITURE

How do I inquire about the status of my order?
Feel free to contact us by text to 239-692-9315 or by email at Status@zingpatio.com. Please provide your name and order number and we will update you about your order status. Do I pick up the furniture or do you provide delivery services?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Zing Patio has thousands of items in stock for immediate delivery. However, special orders depend a great deal upon the manufacturer. If the items are in stock at the manufacturer, our average lead time is 3 to 6 weeks. Special order items such as patio sofas and sectionals are yet to be crafted and usually ship in 6 to 8 weeks from the day the order is placed. We will always to everything we can to insure a timely delivery; however we can only estimate and not guarantee delivery times. Due to current supply chain issues please confirm current lead times with a sales associate at one of our showrooms.
