With over 20 years of buying experience, we have developed strong relationships with our manufacturers which allows us to offer deep discounts to our customers. We never sell at suggested retail prices. Our prices are 20% to 50% below retail. For extreme values, check out our final closeout items which are up to 90% off retail but hurry, many won’t last long. Zing Patio also offers a Zing Lowest Price promise, so you can feel confident in your purchase that we can guarantee the lowest price, no matter what!

How do I inquire about the status of my order?
Feel free to contact us by text to 239-692-9315 or by email at service@zingpatio.com. Please provide your name and order number and we will update you about your order status. Do I pick up the furniture or do you provide delivery services?

Zing Patio offers same day local and nationwide delivery. Pick up is also available at any of our stores. Zing furniture will also research delivery options to other countries.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Zing Patio has thousands of items in stock for immediate delivery. However, special orders depend a great deal upon the manufacturer. If the items are in stock at the manufacturer, our average is 2 to 6 weeks. Special ordered upholstered items like outdoor sofas and seating have yet to be crafted and usually ship in about 6 to 8 weeks from the day the order is placed. We will always do everything we can to insure a timely delivery; however, we can only estimate and not guarantee delivery times. When it comes to delivery times, every dealer in the nation is at the mercy of the manufacturer.
